The Antitrust and Business Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas serves Texas lawyers whose practice focuses on antitrust and complex business litigation. The Section sponsors seminars on topics of interest to antitrust and business litigation practitioners. The Section also has two publications. The first is a Monograph on the Texas antitrust laws, Antitrust and Related Statutes, which includes in-depth discussion of the Texas antitrust statutes, their legislative history, and judicial interpretations. The second is Texas Business Litigation Journal, which provides analysis concerning complex business litigation topics such as business torts, class actions, Delaware fiduciary duty litigation, RICO actions, and securities actions, as well as antitrust.
